Vicki Rackner, MD, FACS is Chair and co-founder of MRMAA.. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. During her career as a surgeon she held a clinical faculty appointment at the University of Washington School of Medicine. A nationally noted expert, author and speaker. Dr. Rackner regularly consults with professional who want to connect with doctors through her targetingdoctors.com website. She is a regular contributor to a number of medical publications, including Physicians Money Digest and The Journal of Medical Practice Management.
Cynthia Andersen, CMRM, CPPM, is co-founder and Lead Instructor for MRMAA. She is a noted a speaker, author and consultant who works with medical practices on how take care of business-related workflow issues so they can focus on the priority of treating patients. She is a Certified Medical Revenue Manager (CMRM); a Certified Physician Practice Manager (CPPM); and a Certified Business Coach. She regularly holds live workshops and webinars, and has trained hundreds of individuals on how to start and operate a profitable medical billing business.
Tim Warren is the founder and President of a successful medical consulting and support services company which includes an international patient support call center for medical practices. He serves as our Director of Support for MRMAA and is a featured speaker at a number of state and national conferences for various medical organizations, including the Institute for Podiatric Excellence and Development. He works with a network of medical billing owners who serve as coaches for MRMAA members and coordinates training events with other MRMAA trainers from coast-to-coast.
Eric Ogea, CMRM, is co-founder and Educational Director for MRMAA. For the past 12 years Eric has hosted regular educational webinars for members of MRMAA as well as for physicians and other medical providers. He is the author of The Rise of the Independent Doctor and hosts a weekly webinar broadcast for people interested in the medical billing field. He currently appears on a marketing Round Table for medical billing company owners.
Robin Warren, CMRM, is our Billing Software Consultant. She has run her own medical billing business for over eight years and has over a dozen employees working remotely. Robin has utilized the NextGen platform the entire time she has been in business and is an expert in solving challenges with using the system and making it work more efficiently. She is on the MRMAA Support Team and is available for consulting on how to use technology to its fullest potential.

Jesus Monroy is a graduate of Tecnologico de Monterrey (Civ. Eng.), and has a Master’s in Japenese Business from Chaminade University. He has led teams at Procter & Gamble (Japan and Mexico), World Trade Center Mexico and Redpack (Mexico and USA). In 2014 he started his own company, Inteliks, offering medical revenue management services, and developed a platform that enables medical practices to use Behavioral Screening to increase revenues and provide better care to patients. Jesus and his wife, Irma, have been married since 1996, they have three children, and they live in Dallas, Texas.

Corie Craig is co-founder of MRMAA and Lead Medical Billing Consultant. She has owned and operated her own medical billing company for over 10 years and has coached hundreds of other entrepreneurs on how to run a profitable medical revenue management company. Corie runs her business completely virtually from her ranch in Utah. She is an avid horse maven and loves helping other people fulfill their dream of being self-employed. MRMAA members have access to her for coaching and training on running a successful business.
Liam Degnan, Director of Sales with Compliancy Group, has a long history in risk management that provides him with a unique understanding into the world of HIPAA compliance. Liam advises healthcare decision makers, medical billing companies, and other medical vendors, helping to solve and simplify their compliance needs. Liam works closely with MRMAA members to help them in educating physicians and other medical industry stakeholders on the intricacies of compliance with government rules and regulations regarding patient privacy.
Heidi Henderson, CEO of 1st Credentialing, has over 25 years in the medical field performing billing, credentialing, and practice management responsibilities for medical practices. She founded a consulting firm in 2008 for a variety of specialties and quickly realized the need for credentialing for her clients, giving her the opportunity to work with many different physicians in all areas of medicine. Because of her in-depth knowledge of a medical practice, it was natural to start a business to assist physicians and administrators in managing day to day activities. Heidi understands the practice’s need for dependable credentialing in order to keep a practice running smoothly.

Don Bowen CMRM, is co-founder of a successful revenue cycle management firm which provides services and consulting to medical practices across the country. He has launched several profitable companies and is a business development leader and coach leveraging his 30 plus years in marketing, relationship development and entrepreneurial exposure. He contributes regularly to the MRMAA webinar training and education of its members.
